Bless you for your really easy recipe – will try it for family tonight. As you can guess from my name, I prefer soaking up the sun to spending time in the kitchen following complicated recipes, but I love fresh fish well cooked. Thank you!

Hi. I’m sure you could use a light white meat like Chicken, just double check your cooking times as this will obviously change. Good luck πŸ™‚

Your recipe was truly simple and easy to follow! I didn’t have any fish spice so I use fresh parsley, coriander, plenty of garlic, garlic salt, pink salt, black pepper, fresh lemon juice (left the halves in the pan as well) and of course the butter. Wow! Wow! I impressed myself. Thank you again for such an easy recipe

      Hi Aneesa.
Although butter does have the best flavour in my opinion, you could try using coconut oil or even olive oil.

    Hi
Your recipe doesn’t mention turning the fish – do you just grill the one side for 8-10 minutes?

      TheFishWife
      28th September 2020

      Hi Yvonne.

That is correct. You just grill the fish on one side πŸ™‚ no turning required.

Shout if you need anymore assistance.

Don’t know what a “grill” is. Is this a real grill outside like a Weber? Or something else? Are you broiling in an oven?….

β€œGrill” referring to the top heat element in your oven.
